Yes, through DEPP

I know that there is a clause on the ins policy of mine, but it is not worth it.

I have a seperate independent policy (other than homeowners) with State Farm - I have everything that I take on a dive trip listed. I have heard that common homeowner's policies don't cover losses on trips.

Not only will most policies NOT cover the gear outside the US, but if you do want a comprehensive policy, you'll probably have to schedule it all out on a separate rider.

To be honest, DAN or DEPP are much better options. At least they know about dive equipment; the usual carriers don't.

JMHO,

DAN insurance. Homeowners policies' deductibles are usually too high to be worth listing the scuba equipment, and running the risk of higher premiums if you bother to report a loss.

Mine policy lists everything and the purchase price - from my laptop to my regulator to my camera and housing - purchase price. It is a new cost replacement policy and runs about 150.00 a year. I can't get new fins for that price
