Do threads in the classifieds not count as post?

I've posted like three or four times in the classifieds still have no post

Why is your post count so important to you?

What are you trying to accomplish in the classifieds, to buy or sell something or to increase your post count? Who are you going to impress by having a higher post count?

messages in the Market Place do not count towards your post total.

IMHO, we should just hide the post total anyway. Some users continuously post off topic one word/liners to boos the post count while others consider a high post count an indication that the user is clueless.

I've actually had someone discount a fact because he considered my post count too high...

No I don't really care about my post count, I read that you had to have 25 post to have a picture on your proflie

We just say that to make you worry... it's an old rule and something I need to remove from the system messages.
