Do the 3/4 day GBR live aboards run the week of Christmas?

I'm planning to arrive in Sydney on Dec 23rd and then flying to Cairns the next day and hopefully hop on one of the live a boards (Mike Ball / Spirit of Freedom / other). I know they depart on Thursday, which that week would be December 25th - Christmas. Will the live aboards be operational that week or should I plan to do the live aboard the following week instead?
