I have a Canon A540 and was looking at buying an underwater case, then I saw the A570IS, do I need to upgrade or will the A540 do the job? Is this a far superior unit? Your opinions are greatly appreciated....

I have the A520 and love it. it does the job I need it to do. you don't need to upgrade in my opinion because the only thing really upgraded is the megapixles and the screen size.

It will do the job  I still have and use a Canon A75 with no problems and the prints, video and photos for the web look great.

I'm a shopaholic when it comes to gear and I'm always sorely tempted, but my gear just works so there's no real reason to change!
