New here so I hope this is the right place hahaha. I been diving for over a year now. Advance open water and working on my rescue. Part of my sheriff office dive team. But here lately when I am about 30ft down an start to come back up( doesn’t mater if I am down for 2 mins or 30 mins) and swim slowly up after doing my safety stop if need be. I get dizzy. If I look straight ahead it’s bad. If I look up while swimming up I still get dizzy but it’s not as bad but still uncomfortable. But once I hit top side I am good. It’s just when I am swimming back up. Any thoughts

First, thanks for what you do, that's some tough work. Is it dizziness, or is it vertigo (feeling of spinning/movement when there isn't any)?

Best regards,
