DIY suunto cobra interface

I recently purchased a cobra dive computer console. It's great and i want to copy my dive info to my PC... of course. But suunto is asking $80 for the PC kit and i think that's a bit high to copy over some text.

I've done extensive searching and found instructions on building your own interface. They don't look tooo complex but I would rather just buy one. Is anyone out there making and selling them? I would prefer a USB interface but I'm not being picky here.

Jamiei are you still out there? I've seen posts from 2003 and you seem to be the person to talk to.

Anyway, if anyone is selling these puppies for a reasonable price please contact me.

He was selling them here and on ebay but I haven't seen him here or there in a long time. I'm looking for one too.
