Alright, I am almost done with my housing, going to Bonaire Friday hoping to get it done before I leave. Here is my question:

Has your housing ever leaked/failed and when and/or how did it happen?

No leaks, but the two housings I built were semi-permanently sealed, drop-camera housings, without o-rings.

Catastrophic failure is unlikely with the proven PVC/o-ring designs discussed here, wouldn't you say?

Just watch carefully for slow leaks around the o-rings.

Good luck and enjoy Bonaire, you lucky guy!
