What are these green sticks?
The way I've done it is this : I fount a piece of rubber (thickness of about 1cm), cut it with a razor to a roundish shape and drill (just by rotating a small flat screw driver) a tiny hole in the middle. I push it in the hole and it stays there.
Then I just push the fiber in the hole to attach it . Since the rubber is kind of thick and the hole is small the fiber squeezes in it strong enough to stay in place.

Expansion bolt is just right. It's stuffed tightly
