Good morning...

I'm going to move the exhaust valve on my Bare ATR from it's current location which faces down when I'm in horizontal trim to one on the outside of my arm, between biceps/triceps, which will face up when I'm in trim. Plugging the current exhaust port with a plug seems self explanatory but I was hoping someone could point me toward some resources or advice on cutting and installing a new port. Books/websites/videos/personal experience are all appreciated.

Thanks!

That's about right, but I've never glued the valves on or needed a ratchet, just screwed the locking ring on as tight as I could by hand. Maybe it's a difference in the exact valve used.

Thanks, it does. I had a feeling the procedure wasn't rocket surgery. I can't see getting a wad punch just for this and will probably use a piece of pipe sharpened with a file for the hole.

Also I found that airspeed press has a suit repair book. I should be getting it shortly.
