Have any of you installed a new zipper??

pretty trivial. cut old zipper off my tls350. cleaned it up. glued new zipper using pb300 glue, just so it holds in place. took it to local cobbler for stitching, then used aquaseal to finish .

Both the CF200's I have replaced the zippers on were not sewn. The TLS is sewn. Totally different jobs. The OP has a crushed neoprene.

Well Peter, just as you said no problems. Thanks to DRIS and YKK zipper it actually only took 2 hours at most!
