I'd like to start replacing the cords on my can lights myself as sending them back is starting to be a logistical hassle. Where can I source the components like cords, connectors, glands, etc.

You can look at your existing parts for identifying marks, or you can sometimes purchase parts from the manufacturer, like Light Monkey for example. Most of the glands and cords I’ve seen are off the shelf parts.

Am I correct in thinking that cords and glands are one-time-install components and need to be replaced if they're removed?
