Question DIY Bubble Gun / Torid Pulse

These things are not very useful but look real fun to play with, I'm pretty handy and would like to have a go at building one, I'm just not sure how that's designed. A concave nozzle that spreads the stream of air? I've got a 3d printer so I could make some easy prototypes. If anyone has ideas let me know.
