Hi Everyone,

I was starting to do some research on writing an article about scuba diving with a spinal cord injury, and I was hoping for some help and direction from here. I di find Diveheart so far, and they had a brochure with a couple of other sites to look at.

However, I'd like to hear from people who may have experience with diving with a spinal cord injury, whether they have the injury themselves, or they know someone that has it. What level of injury? Any special considerations? What type of specialty equipment is necessary? I also plan on talking to doctors, and therapists who may have experience with this, as well as the folks at my dive shop.

Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

Joe
