Diving with Orcas?

I had a couple friends last week at Active Pass near Vancouver who were close to a pod of about 30 Orca's. Anoher friend off Vancouver Island, near Sidney saw one. This was a solitary whale so he didn't stick around too long. Apparently they are a little territorial on thier own.
