I currently dive with a Knighthawk BC and am using a Terkel 10w HID.
I have been using my tank cam band to attach the cannister next to my tank. (upside down so I can reach the switch)
I was wondering what other configurations people are using who dont dive a BP...?

Thanks
Drew

I dive a bp.

But I have a seen a couple people who use pony mounts to mount the battery pack on their tanks, instead of their BC.

Duct tape rocks!

before I got my BPW I was using an oceanic Probe. I loosened the back pack and installed two nylon straps with drings to connect the can to. This way it did not have to be on the cam band and could be cut free if necesaary. It also helped that the switch is on the light head if my can light. Nocturnal TL50 Extreme.

My buddy and I both dive Transpacs

I fit the canister on the transpac belt strap (right hand side)

My buddy uses clips to attach it to the D rings on the side of the transpac itself. Diverite actually recommends this mounting method. He has the light switch mounted in the handle (both our canister lights are custom built), so switching the light is easy.
