After following the diving war graves thread I started to wonder how many members of the board are/have served in any military unit and are/are not in favor of diving war graves
Remember vote only if you have served.
 
By the question do you mean not approaching the vessel within a certain distance?

If your answer is yes then a couple of inches from the wreck I would count as not penetrating
 
I voted no, as much as I would like to dive these wrecks no penetration no souvenirs, there are a lot of people that would not obey the rules if it was allowed to dive and just look.
So I'm willing to give up diving them in a effort to help keep these people off
