I dove with Pura Vida diving in Samara CR a few years ago. They were okay. It's a French family that runs a shop out of their house. Their English is not very good, but we made it work. The diving was okay. I was there in the rainy season, so we had to look for a site with any vis. Tons of fish, eels, starfish, etc.. Reminded me of the Sea of Cortez. Samara is a great little beach town, you'll enjoy yourself.
