Diving + nightlife

Could someone tell me where in Philippines I can find a nice diving and night life- dance clubs with music like rap/hip hop/techno (not karaoke) in one place?
And how expensive are these places compared to Thailand/Malaysia?

Well, i would say Boracay. Not the best diving in the Philippines but the night life is pretty good.

Prices would be similar to Thailand and cheaper than Malaysia i would think. Maybe a little more expensive for lodging than Thailand but food/drinks about the same.

Dives usually anywhere from $18-$30 for two tanks depending what part of the Philippines you are diving

Yeah, Kuta is pretty crazy...

But Bali is bigger than Phuket and the dive site is far way from night-life area. It's about 2 hrs from Tulanben to Kuta, 4 hrs more on a mountain road from Menjagen to Kuta.
