Diving near Mayakoba

Greetings I am new to Scuba Board and thinking of diving while I’m staying in Mayakoba Mexico. I have about 20 dives under my belt and dove in several Caribbean locations. Any good dive operators or ones to steer clear of I just don’t want a boatload of tourists and a half baked dive instructor Mike
