I don't know about dive clubs, but if you drive one hour to Zeeland in the Netherlands, notably to Scharendijke, there is some great diving. Three artificial wrecks and plenty of reef balls, all at the same place. There are two dive shops close by, maybe they can help you finding a buddy. But visibility is usually not very good.

Did go to "De Witte Boulevard" Duike Centrum, and did a deep dive speciality there, nice dive center, I had a great Instructor Jurjen Balkema good spirit guy, serious buy happy and nice at the same time.
