Looks like you need to color correct in Post or use MWB during filming to help control the "blue". A red filter would probably help if you don't use one already. What sort of a setup are you using?
 
It's a Nikon Coopix S510 in a Fantasea housing. I don't have filters or a strobe other than a nano strobe. All I can do underwater is correct my white balance, but I had nopt learned how to do it then. These are literally my certification dives.

Hopefully in future dives I will have time to adjust my white balance.
