Going down to Lake Superior for the August Longweekend to dive with my buddy in Thunder Bay.

He's taking me to the Madiera and Howard. Any other good sites in the vicinity?

At Isle Royale there is the 182' steamer America in 85', the 525' steamer Emperor in 30-175'. At Thunder Bay there is the 133' schooner Gray Oak schuttled in 1911 in 108' ,and the 308' steamer Rappahannock in 85'.
Go to your LDS and pick up a copy of The Great Lakes Diving Guide by Cris Kohl.

I dive the Thomas Wilson, Mayflower & A.C. Adams near Duluth quite often the latter two being semi small but great dives. the Wilson is a whaleback with many great penetration points located 1 mile from the harbor entry to Duluth. Ever interested come on down to see us!!!!!
