I know it is suppose to be a vacation but my hubby needs to go on the internet once a day during work days. I am looking to charter a BVI boat or into a Costa Rica villa dive vacations. Any ideas except for the BIG hotels???

I stayed at the Ocotal resort on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. From there they have trips to Catalina Island where you can see sharks and Bat Island which you may get to see hundreds of manta rays. The resort had free internet in the lobby.
 
Moorings is a first class charter operation out of the BVI. Well maintained and outfitted boats.
