I went to the dive shop the other day. It was cool! I bought a bunch of stuff. Some foamlike clothes, a pair of fins, a foam hat, a jacket that hold air and little packets of tiny lead beads and a really neat jacket that looks like it holds a small barrel. Oh yeah, I got a nice mask, snorkel and all of the breathing tubes a guy could use. This is going to be a bunch of FUN!
Now, for the training ... seriously. My girlfriend is PADI certified. I have several dives under my weight belt, years ago. I want to get certified, PADI or NAUI. My girlfriend is comfrotable with and wants to use PADI for her recertification. Can anyone help me out with the differences in the two certification courses? I have read the PADI book and have watched both PADI and NAUI training videos and don't understand the differences.
