Diving in the Adamans, Koh Lipie

Would like to enqire about diving in the above mention location.
What are the cost that is likely to be involve.
What kind of dive it would be.

Its seasonal and very off the beaten track down there. A bit like Koh Tao was 15 years ago. There are several good dive spots and big pelagics are common, the area is pretty much frontier diving at the moment. Theres a little more info here:
