diving in semporna coming late September/October

Hi all,

Am organizing a trip of 4 days dive based in Semporna. The dives will cover both Sipadan, Mabul and also the north-east of Semporna. Few dive sites not done by many. It will be a relaxed 3 dives/day. Night dive some extra (min 2 to go)

The trip will depart from Senai direct to Tawau. All prices will be open to you. You bring the cash and pay together with me. The estimated cost for each diver with own gears should include all transfers, stay, airport taxes, land transfers and drinks between dives. One day Sipadan fees paid. If we can get more than 9 divers in total, will negotiate one free and we split the bill.

Interesting. North east of Semporna has a lot of islands not explored yet by the public. Anyway, I don't have own diving gears (except underwater camera, HEHE). And Sept/Oct will be fasting month.

Well, then it is definitely a good time to go then. I still cannot get over it for the marine park fees at RM40 in Sipadan.

Haha, anyway. No gears is alright, I bring an octopus to buddy share.

How's waters over at your resorts? Got mixed feedback from friends and readups.

Buddy share all the way, ewwww? Anyway, are you chartering a boat or what? Not many dive operators go to Mantabuan, Bum Bum, Timbun Mata, Bodgaya, Boheydulang, Mataking, Maiga, etc

Last heard from friends who have been; they say Sibuan is a small island like the size of a football field with white sand and not much fishes but loads of Gobies of various colours.

Is it true?
