Diving in PI - what wet suit???

Hallo everyone,

i'll be diving in the philippines for 4 weeks in august, can anyone advice on what wet suit i should take? 3 or 5 mm?

i have a little bit of a doubt weather i should take a 5mm or a 3, i guess i could just hire one but it d be nice to know the average water temperature in august.
i just discovered scubaboard yesterderday and i find it fantastic!

Unless your really cold natured a good fitting 3mm should be fine. As long as your doing the normal 2 tank dives a day and maybe a night dive thrown in there somewhere.

If your diving more than that you might need to step up to a 5mm for the extended exposure time.

3mm would be just fine, wear a hood in case you get cold (usually by the 3rd dive)
