That is really cool. How does one access the site, or permission needed?
Would you consider this a good cave/wreck training site?

We dove the WA site last October and it was a lot of fun. However, there a lot of foam/stuff floating around, and who knows what's in that water. I'm not sure I'd dive that site on a frequent basis!
 
how deep? and is it considered an overhead environment?
Some sections are considered overhead and you will need to show proof of training before you can enter those areas.

A little surprising to see divers on single tanks there. Maybe it's not as dangerous a site as it looks?
