Has anyone ever gone diving in Montenegro? I just found out I’m heading to Kosovo for work in a few weeks and was considering heading out a little early to check out coastal Montenegro. Is it too late in the year to dive? If not, any recommended dive operations and/or sites? Any thoughts on how to get from Montenegro to Pristina, Kosovo besides flying? I’m not sure if rental car companies would allow a car rental like that. Thanks!

There are a lot of nice spots just outside of Boka Kotorska bay- Gorgonije, Poseidon's city, Wolf's bay, Arza point etc.
There is a nice wreck on exit of Boka Kotorska, but for that one you have to go through Croatia, since it's within their teritorial water.
I am not sure who is open this time of year, but you can check Neptun dive center north of Tivat.
Give them a call at+38269348882.
Driving is not that bad, there is a lot of nice nature both through MN and Albania.
As for car rentals, best check once in country.
