Diving in Las Vegas Area???

My wife and I and four other certified friends are going to Las Vegas in July. Does any one know about diving in Lake Mead? Dive shops in Vegas? Procedure for diving at 2,000 ft ASL?

Any info would be helpful. (first post, first day on site.)
