This summer will be my first time diving in Europe and the Middle East. So far I have no definite plans; however, I am thinking Israel and the rest of southern Europe (Italy, France, Spain) might be a possibility. Any recommendations regarding dive sites, thickness of wet suit, and affordable accommodations? Thanks for sharing your experience.

Nice diving in Croatia, Elba and Sardinia

Magazines voted the "Islas Medas" as the most beautifull Divespot in Europe. It is in L'Escala in North Spain, closed to Barcelona.
Israel is closed to the Red Sea, and thats also very nice.
