I noticed by chance browsing on the Internt that there is a very strange place to dive close to Tallinn
An underwater prison LOL this is one of the strangest dives I have ever heard of
Rummu Lake (Tallin), former soviet prison camp

Apart from that, are there any other dives which might be worth it?
