Diving in El Nevado de Toluca Volcano

Hey all,

I just heard you can scuba dive the lakes in the crater of old volcano known as El Nevado de Toluca...
IÃÎ very interested, but I was not able to find useful info so far. Does anyone in this board have done this dive before?

Yes ,

Unfortunately it is by very special reserach permit only these days.


I am sure you can find lots of info in Google from all the archaelogical work thats has been done in the two small lakes at 4000+ meters.
