I've been diving last week in Dakar (Senegal) with Nautilus Plongee divecenter.
Verry nice team and dives were quite good there.
If you go to Dakar you should definitely contact them and do a few dives.
It's a padi and cmas center owned by a couple of French.
It's also open all year long and the best time to come diving in Senegal is between june and december.
