This is now open for diving in washington state , and I went with a group of dive friends in oct. 2011, video was shot with my Canon Vixia HF200 and edited in Vegas Pro
 
Pretty cool but not my type of diving ,I did enjoy the video

the deepest part of the silo is 110 feet at the bottom... water temp was 58 deg
