Diving Cozumel Mexico

I have been to Cozumel 30+ times in the 70's, 80's and 90's and the diving was very good and the island was hassle free.
> How are the Island's reefs after a few hurricanes during the last decade?
> Is the island's tourism down because of Mexico's drug problems or is that just a problem on Mexico's west coast.
