How does one go about finding a diving buddy in the Southern California area? I have been out of the loop for so long, I no longer know people that dive.

Just head on down to your local dive shop, walk right in and say "I'm looking for a buddy to go diving." Oughta have one in oh, 'bout half a heartbeat.

Take a look at www.ladiver.com - you might get some ideas there.

You can also check the NDI Southern California forum below.

The best way I've found is to find a dive club in your area. That can open up tons of possibilities. Just do a web search and you'll come up with one. I'm sure southern California has a bunch of them

Good Luck
