I'm new to the board and thought I'd ask a question to kick off.
My wife and I are planning a trip to the Maldives in October this year. I've looked at lots of resorts and at the moment we have Olhuveli Beach Resort and Spa with the Sun Dive School on site at the top of our list.
I am an OK diver but not very experienced. I have about 50 dives with a PADI Open water certificate. These 50 dives are spread over about ten years as I don't have a lot of spare time and don't dive as much as I'd like.
On the Sun Dive website it says this:
"The diving sites around Olhuveli Beach & Spa Maldives are for the experienced divers a thrill, the narrow channels deliver sometimes medium to strong currents."
Could I ask if anyone has dived here and what its like? Do you think someone with my experience would be OK here?
