Hello all, I will be on a work trip in Cape Town in mid August. I have already been to South Africa and did dive in the Cape a few years back, but just shallow dives (seals mostly). I was thinking of taking one or two 1/2days during the week to dive in the Cape and travel to Port Elizabeth for the weekend to dive there. I see there are a lot of options to choose from, does anyone have specific recommendations of diving centers and sites? (AOW and well accustomed to cold water diving)

That’s definitely NOT the west coast. PE is east. Magnificent diving up there - not very cold at all. Lots of sharks and “interesting” boat launches. This is not diving for the faint-hearted. Raggie Sands is one of my favorite dive sites ever.
