The Divesoft Professional Flow Limiter MK2 works well, but I always struggled to dial in the exact flow rate due to the small adjustment knob. To deal with that issue I designed and 3d printed an expansion/extension knob to slip over the small knob.

It makes the fine tuning adjustments far easier when dialing in your flow rate.

The flow rate on the Mk2 is set to the optimal rate IF you open it far enough. Opening from fully closed, there is a region that flows quickly, basically a brief purge while you continue to turn the knob. In fact, it won't give a helium reading (on that model analyzer) until it's opened past the purge section and in that fixed rate section.
