Hi. I've acquired a second-hand DPV Divertug DT12 scooter. The battery cover is very difficult to fit; you have to use a lot of force to tighten the cover retaining knob. I have a feeling the O-ring is counterfeit and too thick. Could someone please measure their O-ring (mainly the thickness) on a Divertug scooter for me? Preferably on the DT12, TEC12, or DT24 model? The manufacturer is on vacation and isn't responding to emails.
