diver tafe colleges

would anybody know where a scuba diving tafe would be held?
a school where divers receive licences and qualifications I am asking if anyone here is from melbourne in australia because I need to find a certain place to study diving I heard rmit is good is there any other organisations?thank you very much ppl.
