Kriegsrelikt explodiert: Mann getötet
Ein 59 Jahre alter Deutscher hat am Donnerstag in Steindorf ein Kriegsrelikt aus dem 2. Weltkrieg aus dem Ossiacher See geborgen. Am Freitagvormittag explodierte das Relikt, der Mann erlitt tödliche Verletzungen. Das Gebiet, in dem sich die Explosion ereignete, wurde großräumig abgesperrt.

53m deep lake Ossiacher See is small and beautiful (although not the most popular spot for scuba diving). Unknown to many, in 1954 the British army dumped some 1,000 freight cars of Wehrmacht weapons into the lake. Recovery has been going on since then, but still a lot of bad stuff in there.
