For all you X-Scooter junkies who are looking to upgrade, this might be a good option for you. Enjoy.
Have you ever wanted a CUDA, but didn’t like the size or couldn’t afford the Lithium Fury? Well the CUDA 400 LE may be the scooter for you.
We have sold the Fury 1150 scooter for a while now and owners have enjoyed its huge performance and light weight (42lbs), but continually people ask us if we will make a NiMh battery for it. The CUDA 400LE has many benefits:
•Small lightweight scooter with the huge power available if you need it.
•It is in the CUDA family so can be upgraded to a Fury 1150 or 650
•It has ~70% more runtime than a Standard Sierra
On the downside, if you're a speed-demon, or have bad trim compared to your buddies and need to use the higher gears, its runtime can be very short. Due to this we have not put them into production.
However, in long term testing, the potentially limited runtime hasn't been a problem when the scooter is used responsibly. Those who have been using the CUDA 400LE have not reported runtime being a limiting factor on their dives and rave about the size and performance of the scooter.
So, with this information, we have decided to offer a limited edition run of them: 20 only.
Experienced divers only.
