Damn. I would love to dive Lobos Rocks, but none of the boat dives I've been on have gone there.

1. Is it typical to encounter that many sea lions at that spot?
2. Are those gloves warm? They don't look it.

Soberanes Wall and Lobos Rocks
Fantastic day of diving. Regarding Lobos Rocks, yes, there are usually sea lions there. It's a fantastic dive spot but requires very good conditions to dive. Even then you need to take care as the best diving is shallow next to the wall and you want to avoid getting spit up on the rocks.
