Dive Team Leader / Head Instructor - Koh Tao, Thailand

Goodtime Dive is rated as one of Koh Tao's top SSI Dive Centres. We're looking for an experienced SSI Dive Pro (DMI / DCSI+) who has recent and wide teaching experience in the SSI Training System to manage our growing dive team. This is an exciting teaching role that has huge scope for development. Responsibilities include:


- Teaching full range of SSI courses

- SSI head office relationship management

- SSI standards management

- Dive staff management & performance reviews

- Dive staff mentoring & pro development

- Assist with dive team staffing & scheduling

- Freelancer sourcing & induction, assist with water –based staff recruitment & screening

- Assist with relevant sales, marketing, social media & email inquiries


You must have recent and wide SSI teaching experience, be a team player and be rated as DMI or DCSI or above.

Previous management experience is not required but helpful. Experience of mentoring & professional development is a huge plus.


This is a permanent role available for immediate start. We offer competitive salary & work permit therefore long term commitment is required.
