Tables 1 and 3 are showing no stop times right?

What values does table 2 show?

Table 1 shows no decompression limits and shows how much nitrogen you build up over time at various depths.
Table 2 shows how your nitrogen offgasses with various surface intervals.
Table 3 shows how the remaining gas at the end of a surface interval affects your starting point for the next dive.

Respectfully, if you're just dipping your toe in and learning some theory, it's fine to learn from a forum. But please DO NOT try to apply this in real life without proper instruction, or you may get hurt or worse.
 
It is all in the manual. Suggest you read it.

Table 2 is kinda important and you will be thinking about those numbers for the rest of your repetitive dive career. The manual defines them
 
Make sure you read the fine print for whichever particular table you use. This fine print will include things like ascent rates to be used with the table.
