We will be in Venice for a few days late August of next year. I will have my 18 ' center console boat with me. I am not looking for your secret stash dive spots. However any recommendations on non fossil dive locations that would be within 3 miles of shore? Ledges, man made structures. good boat fossil spots would be fun too.
gps numbers would be nice.

I'm not from that side of florida....i always use charters when shark fossil tooth diving.....perhaps you could shadow one for reference..just an idea....good luck.

We used Florida West a couple of years ago. Great operation had a lot of fun found a few dozen teeth and 1 meg tip. WE just want to explore the area. Looking for ledges or artificial reef stuff. Points of interest. the fossil dives are kind of a given (lots of good post on these above in the sticky thanks )

Bump this post. Any tips on artificial reefs, ledges, places to stay away from. Also I use baby soap for Defoe and split fins. Am I going to die?
