Many of us frequent the same sites (at least regionally) and many times there may not be a central location coordinating any emergencies that might happen at those sites. Maybe we could open a library, regionally organized, for Diver Emergency plans to be uploaded. That way they could be:
1. Peer reviewed for accuracy
2. generally available for everyones use
Sound like a good idea? As long as the usual disclaimers and accuracy statements are made that is.
