Dive shops in Anguilla?

I'm a newly certified diver who will be in Anguilla in April for a friend's wedding. I was wondering if anyone has any experience and/or recommendations about the dive shops on the island.

As far as I've discovered, there are two dive shops (Anguillian Divers and Shoal Bay Scuba) and an independent dive master (Douglas McCarty) who used to work at the Dive Shop, which is now closed. Any recommendations?

If I'm not too late seeing your post, dive with Doug. He's been there forever, knows every site, most excellent DM I have ever met. We called him "Dances with Grouper" for his ability to creep up nose to nose. Just call his cell and meet him at the dock.
